🤑 Sales and Customer Success Specialist 

 

Location: Remote (Intermediate to Fluent English Required)

Salary: Flat base + commission (based on performance)

Role Overview:

As a Sales and Customer Success Specialist, you will engage with prospects and users, helping them get the most out of our HubSpot apps. More than just selling, we focus on understanding our users' needs and offering tailored solutions. We offer a free trial period for our apps, and your role will be to guide users from trial to subscription. You will also have the support of a mentor who will help you grow in the role, along with the opportunity to take initiative in a supportive and open environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement: Reach out to potential users via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce our apps and offer assistance.
  • Consultative Sales: Understand customer challenges and provide tailored solutions using our apps like CloneNer and LineNer.
  • Free Trial Support: Help users navigate the free trial period, ensuring they experience the value of our apps and guide them toward upgrading.
  • Customer Support: Assist with inquiries and troubleshooting, escalating issues to the technical team when needed.
  • LinkedIn Outreach: Connect with prospects and customers to build relationships and expand our user base.
  • Sales Reporting: Track interactions and conversions in our CRM system and provide insights for improvement.
  • Initiative & Growth: Take ownership of tasks, suggest new ideas, and learn through continuous mentoring and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • English: Intermediate to Fluent (we understand fluency grows with experience, and tools are available to assist with writing)
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Sales-oriented with a desire to help customers succeed
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems is a plus
  • Proactive, with the ability to work remotely and manage your own time
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and email for outreach
